不说废话，上命令

objcopy -I ihex wchble_rom.hex -O binary wchble_rom.bin

其中wchble_rom.hex是输入文件，wchble_rom.bin是生成的新文件。

至于objcopy，linux下安装gcc，windows下安装个mingw就有了。
